So I have this (160gb) portable external hard drive. I've had it for like a couple of months, and it's pretty much useless. I kind of formatted it, but I was unaware that it's NOT compatible with Mac so I haven't really used it.
Until now.
I had it fixed yesterday, and had to pay Php500.00 ($10) for it. It worked all right, but after a few hours -- of transferring ALL my friggin files… BOOM! My laptop can't read it anymore!
OMG!!!
My pictures, my songs, my word files, psp games, EVERYTHING!!!
To make things worse, I deleted a few of those files in my laptop! Meaning, I DON'T HAVE ANY BACKUP FILES!!!
Aaaaaaaaaaah!!!
I'm losing my mind!!!

Washington Ballet performance here canceled after dancer is killed
20-year-old struck by car in Edgewood; group was to perform at Howard Community College
Posted 2/21/09
Mary Saludares, a 20-year-old member of The Washington Ballet Studio Company, was struck and killed by a car Friday night in Edgewood, State Police said.
The award-winning company was scheduled to perform Sunday at 4 and 7:30 at at Howard Community College's Smith Theater as part of the Candlelight Concert Society's Family Series, but The Washington Ballet announced in a release that it had canceled the remainder of its tour. The release said the group was on tour in Harford County when the accident occurred.
According to the State Police, Saludares was crossing Route 24 at Edgewood Road just after 10 p.m. when she was struck by a southbound silver Chevrolet Impala driven by Robert Kane of Abingdon. Saludares was pronounced dead at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center.
State Police were investigating the accident.
“No words can describe the pain of losing Mary,” said The Washington Ballet Artistic Director Septime Webre. “She was not only a beautiful dancer, but a radiant soul who emitted peace and joy. The entire TWB family mourns her passing and extends its thoughts and prayers to Mary’s family.”
Saludares began dancing at the age of 6 under Sofia Elizalde and Raul Sauz at Steps Dance Studio in Manila, Philippines. In 2006, she received the highest Royal Academy of Dance Award, the Solo Seal. She had the honor of being the first Filipino entry in the 2006 Adeline Genée International Ballet Competition.
In 2004, she received the Luva Adameit Award in the first NAMCYA Ballet Competition in the Philippines. She later attended the School of American Ballet and The Washington School of Ballet's Release Time year-round program. She was selected to join The Washington Ballet Studio Company for its 2008-2009 season, achieving one of her dreams of moving from student to professional.
Saludares is survived by her father, José M. Saludares Jr.; her mother, Marissa S. Saludares; and two brothers, Patrick Vincent Saludares and Bryan Joseph Saludares.
Students and staff are being offered grief counseling services. A memorial service is being planned for early March in Washington to honor Saludares. A private family funeral will be held in the Philippines in the coming days.

I received the news about Mary's tragic death last Sunday, and it was only until now that I have found the strength to blog about her.
I first met Mary when we were in fourth grade (Sunflower), but I had the chance to get to know her better during our freshman year (St. Mary Magdalene). Back then, it was just the four of us: Miyx (Mary), Tracy, Brigitte, and I.
She was the good girl.
She was my confidant, my secret keeper.
She was my "good" conscience -- that was what I usually tell her.
It pained me when Brigitte sent me a text message saying that Mary's gone. Sabi nga ni Sky, "Parang di mo matanggap na patay na." It really is very difficult to let go of someone who has been very dear to you.
But I believe that Mary's still with us.
She will always be in our hearts.
To my dearest Miyx,
Words are not enough to show you how thankful I am for having you as a friend. Thank you for all the tears, for all the laughter, and especially for all your advice.
I will never forget the memories we've had and the secrets we've shared. They will be cherished and treasured forever.
Thank you for being a very wonderful and true friend.

I have been looking for a nice messenger bag for quite some time now. This is a basic, big, side hobo bag, which is exactly what I am looking for. Unfortunately, the price is something that is not in my budget.
This Steven bag by Steve Madden is going for $508 (USD).
I don't mind the colour but I do wish it came in black. I really need an everyday bag like this.
I cannot stand carrying my coach wristlet anymore. It is too unorganized and too small for my own good. I need to also purchase a wallet to replace that wristlet.
I need to find a better job!
Good day, everyone!
Hello bloggers and hello to the blog world!
This is my first entry in this blog. I was introduced to livejournal by a few of my girlfriends (approximately a year ago), only did I realized that it has become a personal journal, it became a place for me to release my anger.
I decided that it was time for a positive, fresh start.
Introduction, please....?
The name is Diana, some call me Dee, Di or Diane (only those who are lazy to pronounce the last syllable, "NA"). I am currently a student @ ryerson in hopes of earning a bachelors degree in Commerce.
Why the name dimplettez?
It is something I made up in grade 6 and I have kept the name ever since. Reasong being -- I have 3 dimples. 2 dimples on my left cheek and 1 on my right cheek. *shrugs, I thought it was something different.
What is this blog going to be about?
You will just have to wait and see.
I will leave it at that, I do apologize it was a very plain and bland intoduction but I was not sure of what to write just yet. I do promise the next extry will be SUPER exciting.

Don't know where to begin describing my love for Hannah Marshalls designs!
Her show took place at the science museum on Saturday and featured some must have LBDs inspired by insect exoskeletons..
Fashions favorite and miss Marshalls muses, girl band Ipso Facto, (the same Ipso Facto rumoured to have inspired Stefano Pilati’s infamous gothic a/w 08 show for YSL) turned out to support her- Love love love!

You just know it;s gonna be good when miss Sevigny does anything related to cloth and fashion
so no wonder the fashion crowd was exited when Sevigny's second collaboration with Opening Ceremony , a menswear collection that also comes scaled down to fit girls, was on show on LFW.
The street casted models looked to cool for school in Chloes preppy, androgyny,Hoxton style outfits.
We like and cant wait till it goes on sale at Dover Street marked

What a line up!!
The audience, including myself ,went mad at the Qasimi show as Yasmin Le Bon,Liberty Ross,Erin O'Conner, jade Parfitt ans Lily Cole swept thew catwalk wearing dramatic all in black couture pieces. All though the collection was was far from my cup of tea,it was highly enjoyable watch these wonderful woman own the catwalk again
The show also featured beautiful headpieces by milliner Alison Tod

Really enjoyed the Bernard Chandran show last night
Inspired by the winds from the far east, Chandran used silver, gunmetal, fine silks and umbrella silhouettes to intrepid his rainstorm his was Berdard Chandreans seventh season at London Fashion Week
My Love. My Life.
I love you more than I've ever loved anyone else.
Little did I realize the first time I saw you that one day I would come to want you as I have wanted no one else.
Little did I realize the first time we talked that one day I would tell you I love you more than life itself.
Little did I realize the first time I held you that one day I would come to need you so much.
Little did I realize the first time I kissed you that one day you would become the most important person in my life.
There was so much I did not realize until I met you.
But now that I have, I know that I want you, I need you, and I love you always.
I love you, dear.
It's our 5th year together.
I hope I could still greet you till time tells me it's over -- Hope you get it. Haha.
My heartI gave it to you long before, and I promise never to take it back.
It's locked by love and sealed with a kiss.
Your love means much to me.
I hope you would put that into mind and keep that in your heart.
YOU AND ME...
FOREVER…
I LOVE YOU.
ALWAYS HAVE, ALWAYS WILL.
Don't forget to smile! :)

1. I am/was a CHEERLEADER. Surprise, surprise? I love DANCING. I really do.
2. I'm trying to lose a few lbs. so I can learn that FIRE DANCE thing, POLE DANCING, and BELLY DANCING.
3. I don't play any SPORT. I've tried playing BADMINTON and VOLLEYBALL, but never really got good at it.
4. I can't SWIM. Trying to drown me so I can swim for my life is not going to work. Believe me, my family and friends always do that to me.
5. I stopped drinking MILK and started drinking COFFEE at the age of 3. I love coffee with a deep passion, but I've been hampering myself from drinking too much for health-related reasons.
6. I don't drink ORANGE JUICE/SHAKE/SMOOTHIE.
7. I love PHOTOGRAPHY. I collect (and save) amazing photos off the internet and magazines.
8. I am 20 years old and I still don't know how to DRIVE. I'm not into cars anyway, so whatevs.
9. One of my goals in life is to TRAVEL the whole world. EGYPT is on top of my list. As much as I would love to visit OLD CASTLES, I think it would be more fun to explore PYRAMIDS and see mummies. Haha.
10. I love watching CARTOONS. I think that's the one habit I would never get rid off. My most favorite (ever) is LITTLE LULU.
11. I love to COLOR. I have tons of COLORING BOOKS scattered around our home.
12. READING is my favorite pastime. I always carry a BOOK with me, which gives most people the notion that I'm a nerd. Cool!
13. TYPING and WRITING are probably my top hobbies. I can write about anything anytime, anywhere! I have a stack of JOURNALS in my room, plus tons of entries saved in my laptop.
14. I love LITTLE KIDS, they fascinate me! It's fun talking to them and learning stuff you'd never thought you'd learn from a toddler.
15. My first course (in college) was BIOCHEMISTRY, but I shifted to MANAGEMENT after realizing that science is not for me. That's what you call "CSI Overload". Hahaha.
16. I know more about FASHION than MANAGEMENT. Ask me something about Management and I would be like, "Wait, I think I know that." But ask me anything about fashion: who's the head designer of what, who closed the runway, and whatever… I could go on forever!
17. I still don't know why I took up Management. To tell you guys honestly, my fields of interest are: PHILOSOPHY, POLITICS, LAW, and HISTORY.
18. One of my hidden talents is to make my voice sound like DONALD DUCK and JOHNNY BRAVO.
19. I've always wanted to see a GIANT SQUID in person. Those creatures are absolutely fascinating.
20. I love GADGETS (thanks to my boyfriend), but I don't collect them.
21. I had my first BOYFRIEND when I was a freshman in high school. It's nothing serious (of course); he cheated on me. Haha.
22. I was once teased/called a LESBIAN back in fourth grade for sporting a pixie cut hair. My Mum was obsessed about WYNONA RYDER, so she had her stylist cut my hair like Wynona's.
23. I've had my fair share of "BAD GIRL MOMENTS". When I was 6th grade, I got SUSPENDED for SMOKING inside the campus. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a chain smoker; it was all out of curiosity. As a matter of fact, I QUIT SMOKING when I reached my sophomore year in high school.
24. I was voted MS. HEARTTHROB during our prom; I didn't took that seriously. B "ordered" my friends to vote for me, which was why I won. So I can't be really proud about it or anything. Besides, some people hate it when I mention this. Jealous much? I kid, I kid.
25. I hate having a BEST FRIEND 'cause most of my (past) best friends have become my enemy. I honestly don't know why. I was always the underdog, always overshadowed, but it doesn't seem enough for them. Oh well. C'est la vie!

but don't touch my hair.
I will kill you.
- Jet Li -
Okaaaay… Well, I honestly don't know if that has something to do with how my day had been.
I had a bad hair day. Does that even count? Haha.
Kthatsallbye.

I bought this amazing red planner (not Starbucks, no) and it has this arbitrary quotation for each day. Anyway, the excerpts are astounding! Well, it's not like it's inimitable or anything, it just hits a spot. You get it right? Like it has this sort of great connection on how my day had been, or it just best describes the demeanor of the person who happens to be celebrating their birthdays on that given date. Okay, I'm going around in circles. You'll see what I mean.
…or maybe I'm just making an excuse so I can post a "sort of" entry everyday. Haha.
Okaaaay… our first quote of the day is…
For with what judgment ye judge,
ye shall be judged."
Perfect.
New Found Friend :)Anyway, we had to do this activity in class today blah, blah, blah… we were both late so we ended up as partners blah, blah, blah… and she was really nice. She has this pleasant attitude, sort of trivial if you ask me, that you would just want to gossip about almost everything. Pretty much like how N and I became friends. Haha.
We were having so much fun chatting that our professor got mad, asked us to stand in front of the class, and interviewed us for 15 minutes. It was fun. Hahaha.
So there… Saree if you're reading this, HI :D

Nokia E71Sleek and Sassy :) I would love to have one of these, but I want a music phone, so whatevs. *Drool*
iPhoneI never really got all-loopy about this. I was just choosing between this and the iTouch since they're almost the same price here in the third world. Haha.
iTouchI have never owned an iPod in my entire life. Seriously. I would often refer to this as a "waste of money" (LOL). But when I saw this... OMG.
