Forget TopShop, Whistles is definitely the place to get your key pieces this fall. Queen of fashion Jane Shepherson has turned the british brand into a fashion favourite collaborating with designers like Roksanda Ilincic! Shepherson left her post as brand director at Topshop in 2006.
