The Perfect Holiday dress..and how to find it seems to be the craziest and last thing on our list of things to do this season.
so for us ladies who always have the hardest time finding one that says, " WOW" instead of "OMG...did she really.?!" here's a little help from me, and I've done it wrong a couple times to finally say i figured it out! So Enjoy and i hope you find it helpful when your shopping!
Here is a taste of simple but glamorous at the same time, Dress1. little black dress is simple but still fancy, you can add accessories and a belt to add more if you would like but black is always in.
Dress2 Simple short and cream if this holiday season you find yourself wanting to keep it cute try this look, the sheer black tights add to the elegance and keep it modest, the belt helps shape the dress to your body. can you say amazing!
Dress3. The Party has begun! short, no sleeves and the satin material set you apart from the regular dress and the tights also add a modest feel with a little flare, you can also add belts and bracelets to spice it up!
Dress4 Grey, loose and Wonderfully Sexy this is a little more daring but make sure the dress is a little loose, but not that it falls of you, and choose the material wisely, too much shine can scream cheap, and not enough will whisper boring. you can match this look with a Black blazer and a variety of heels, Mary Jane's, and i would suggest to keep it simple also to the accessories.
Here's a little taste of a More Fashion Forward dresses
Dress1 Strapless wht/blk with lace detail, super cute and notice her tights and shoes, they add to the complete look!
Dress2 a Shiner material with detail on the top also strapless and with black tights and flats, this look is perfect for a night out!
Dress3 So i haven't seen to many ladies pull of this retro night dress but why not be daring this year and look for the perfect dress to make a statement and stand out!
Dress4 Sequin dress done right! when choosing one similar to this one make sure the sequin is small, the bigger the cheaper it looks!
Dress5 Black, tiered with lace, when in doubt black with detail is always great!
Dress6 Grey with crystal and or sequin detail, the detail should always be small..hence the word. less is always more in this case!
A look Many try and Few can pull of is the Classic white dress, make sure if and when you decide to choose this look, it fits just right, the material flatters and gives you shape rather than squeeze the curves and is the appropriate length for the occasion. i love the one shoulder look with the gathered waist. it is one of my favorite!
The Colored Holiday dress.
Now there are tons of girls that are going to be wearing red, and red, make sure the material and color are a delicate green like this one rather than a stoplight green. Red varies in shades so make sure its one that you like and find flattering, i hate seeing girls pick shades that don't flatter their skin tone. so any color really would be great for this season just make sure to make sure its appropriate for the event and one you feel comfy in!
The LBD.. Here are a couple more examples of black dresses that i love, and in different styles for you to see, when you find that you cant decide or find anything you like they say, "when in doubt there's the LBD" you can never go wrong in it and its for any and every occasion!
Ok ladies there are a few examples to use as guide lines for this years holiday season, REMEMBER that when your picking a dress to make sure the Material, Cut, Detail and color Fit You and the occasion. and above everything love it and be comfy in it!
