There is a trendy martial art -- it's calledKrav Maga, it was developed by the Israeli Defense Force and you can learn it in Fairfield County.
Why learn Krav Maga -- which apparently means "hand-to-hand" combat in Hebrew? It's good exercise and, according to Darien Krav Maga, which teaches classes at 172 Heights Road, this martial art is "the most efficient self-defense system for real-life situations."
