Nail Art BABY!
So I've posted before about not finding a nail girl who does certain designs and junk right, well forget them! I've stumbled upon nail polish art! I seriously love it! and all the creativity and personal style behind it! here are some pictures that my friend Sully_dipp on twitter sent me and i found some really cool ones on tumblr, and google, i also included some video links I'm trying out! I'm not the read the instructions and follow correctly type of girl lol, i have to see it done for me to be able to do it also. i hope you enjoy!!
all the three above by Sully_dipp, the Last one has newspaper on them which i thought was really cool,
her instructions were to cut out little pieces of newspaper place them over the dried nailpolish and damp it with a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, wait 30 seconds and peel, like a temporary tattoo basicly! the other two are more simple but still super cute! black coat, then with a tooth pick or a design nail polish in withe (they have the smaller britstle brush) dot with white!
These ones are the Sally Hansen "Salon Effects" they are like stickers you put on over your regular nails, or manicured ones, its super easy, these ones come with instructions included that I was able to follow they have tons of cute designs and the cheapest place I've found them is at Wal Mart.
I Haven't yet tried the crackle but i hear its pretty cool, i included a video for this one and for the
marble nails below, i love this, I love acrylic nails for special occasions but for those of us who don't have 30-40$ every month or the 15$ refills lol Nail polish is the way to go! plus, you can customize your nail polish daily, or for any occasion!
I really thought that these were pretty sweet I'm super excited to try them! i love the originality! thank you to my Bumble bee for tipping me off on this new trend!
I don't care who you are, were you work or what you do for a living, having a regular pedicure and manicure is a must! I can not stand seeing broken nail polish, dirty nails, out grown fake ones lol, take time to pamper yourself and your body, not only is it an extra way of expressing our individuality but I really feel like it complements us as females always being on point, down to our finger nails!
