Author's Note: Okay, so this entry has been rotting on my desktop since Thursday night. Pardon me for any grammar glitches because I don't have the time to edit and proof-read this.

It's Tuesday here in the Flips, and although it's a weekday I still don't have classes just cuz. Haha. Well, my professors aren't in the mood to teach today, I guess, which is great cuz I've been quiescent (LOL) since Saturday. Haha. I'm not even sure if I have school tomorrow. Hello, super long weekend! Haha. I have every right to stay up late or not sleep at all (which is impossible), and do non-school related thingamajigs. Today is actually my official NO FACEBOOK SLASH TWITTER DAY. Shyeah. We'll see how long this stupidity will last. Haha.

So yeah… term's almost over and I just can't wait to embrace our 2-day term break. LOL. Seriously, instead of the usual 1 week break, we only get 2 days free before next term starts. Blame it all on that effin Swine Flu.

Wait, so that's like a 2-day memo for my Mom to come up with Php100,000 ($2,000) for my tuition fee. Thinking about it, we'd probably be a tad well-off if my sister and I didn't go this overpriced school. LOL.

Okay, so I'm talking nonsense again.
The reason for my unforeseen blog entry?

I know this is way overdue, but I would still like to pay respect to two of the World's Best Icons.

Michael Joseph Jackson

I have to admit that I am not a fan, but I am deeply saddened by your loss. You have greatly affected the entire world by your humility and talent, and we are truly grateful for that. You have taken this world by a storm, but still you did not let fame get into your head. We commend you for your modesty and for sharing your wealth to charities and the underprivileged.

Thank you, MJ.
You are, and forever will be, The World's King of Pop.

Former Philippine President Maria Corazon Cojuangco Aquino
