FOCUS ON RACE: KIDS AND RACE
I watched The Tyra Banks Show yesterday and her show was about racism. She interviewed 2 families: the first one was racing their kids to hate Black people and Jews. The other one, well she’s not teaching her daughter to hate Whites, she just hates them for some personal reasons.
Ok, the first family was like not making any sense… at all. The father, Drew, is a world chaplain of the Aryan nation and teaches his kids to be racist. He even told his kids that the Black men are the ‘seeds of Satan’. So when Tyra asked his daughter what that meant, she was so embarrassed cuz she doesn’t know what it means and ended up whispering to her brother and asked him what it meant. His son, on the other hand, have some Black friends but is afraid to introduce them to his Dad cuz he’s going to get mad. This were his exact words, “it’s not that I hate them. I just hate what some of them do.” He was explaining that he doesn’t really want to hate them but their father teaches them to. Can you imagine that?
Tyra then asked their Drew's wife, “what if your daughter goes home one night with a black man and introduced him as her bf, what will you do?” Do you know what Drew answered? He told Tyra that he’s willing to fight that Black man, and if killing him will be the only way to remove them from their lives, he will do it. Wow. Talk about being a good man.
There’s more… Tyra asked them, “what if one of your children needs a blood transfusion and the only blood available is that of a Black man, will you take that blood?” They said they will take it because in that kind of situation their children’s life is of more importance than that of racism. Dang! They’re all so fake! Sham! Hypocrites! I totally despised them when they said that. And you know what Drew said after that?? He said that all Black men should go back to Africa cuz that’s where they really belong. And that Tyra and Oprah should go with them too cuz they’re just like the other Blacks, only their better. And the both of them should also consider being a spokesperson for Africans. What the hell?? He’s so mean! If only I could throw him out of the set, I will, I really will. I want to go there and tell him that Black men aren’t the seed of Satan, HE IS! After all those nasty things that he said, who’s the evil now? Ugh!
Ok, I think I’m losing my temper so I’mma just move on to the next one. Her name’s Cachet. She doesn’t really hate-hate the Whites. She only hate them because they’re the reason why she doesn’t have any job. They don’t want to take her cuz she’s Black. That’s just it. Her daughter was so cute. She said she doesn’t hate Whites and she gets hurt every time her Mum discriminates white people. Awww…
That kid should set as an example for all of us, especially for racists out there. I mean, what’s the point of being a racist? What good will that bring us? Nothing. Why don’t we just accept each other and love everyone like they’re our own brother? I think that would be better… that would be the best for us. All of us are fighting for one thing, and that’s WORLD PEACE. How can we attain that if we can’t treat each other fairly? Think people. THINK.
