A Cooks

My sister bought a bagful of wicked oreos last weekend but I was out so I didn't get to taste it. Feeling sorry for myself, I tried to make myself my own Wicked Oreos.

I call this Wicked Oreos ala K
It's "Ala K" cuz my sister did most of the cooking. Haha!

I wasn't able to take a photo of it cuz we were too excited to taste it, but it pretty much looked like this:

YUMEH!

For this recipe, we only used Cream'O, the local version of Oreo here in the Flips. Here's how we did it:

Ingredients:
5 packs of Cream'O Cookies
1 box of pancake mix
2 eggs
Cooking oil

Directions:
1. Preheat deep fryer to 375F.
2. Combine pancake mix and egg. Mix until there are no lumps.
3. Dip cookies into the batter, make sure both sides are covered.
4. Put the cookies into the deep fryer. Make sure you flip it over until both sides are golden brown, or what I call 'Pancake-y tan'.
5. Get a glassful of milk and ENJOY! :)

** For better results, add 1 1/2 cup of milk and 3-4 teaspoons of cooking oil (depends on the batter). **

Don't forget to smile! :)
-XOXO-
